We represent both foreign clients with personal or business dealings in the United States and domestic clients with business in foreign countries. We have extensive experience counseling U.S.-based businesses on the legal issues involved with entering and developing new markets for their goods and services in foreign countries.

Hodgson Russ also represents Canadian and international clients in resolving disputes with U.S.-based business partners, including in the federal and state courts. Our attorneys handle arbitrations and mediations before all domestic and international bodies and represent clients before numerous administrative agencies, both state and federal.
