Hodgson Russ Partner Alice A. Joseffer Writes on Cross-Border Tax Convention

Alice A. Joseffer, a partner in Hodgson Russ's Federal/International Tax and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups and head of the firm’s Tax Dispute Resolution Practice Group, recently wrote about the 5th Protocol to the Canada-U.S. Tax Convention for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

The article, published in STEP Inside, analyzed the implications of the protocol. Ms. Joseffer provided analysis from the U.S. perspective. Peter Megoudis, a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Toronto, provided the Canadian perspective.
