Gary M. Schober, president and CEO of Hodgson Russ, says, "We are confident Richard will perform this job with much skill, vision, and energy. He is one of the youngest attorneys to become managing partner of one of our offices, and he has a lot to contribute to the Toronto office and community." Mr. Raymer concentrates his practice on advising Canadian companies regarding U.S. corporate law issues, with a focus on access to U.S. capital markets, corporate structures, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Born in Montreal, he speaks fluent French. He is the author of several articles, including one on comparative mergers and acquisitions law in Canada and the U.S. The International/Cross-Border Practice Group is a team of U.S. lawyers dedicated to serving the needs of Canadian and other international companies and their professional advisors relative to business expansion into the United States.
