How unemployment compensation affects workers who voluntarily quit

Florida’s unemployment compensation statute provides a safety net for workers who lose their jobs. Not all unemployed workers will qualify for benefits under Florida’s statute, however. In this column, we will address voluntary terminations.

In their weekly Boca Raton News column, Hodgson Russ partners Larry Corman and Glenn Rissman address voluntary terminations.
