Hodgson Russ partners provided legal counsel to the Towns of Clinton, Altona, and Ellenburg and the County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency in a $561 million deal involving Noble Environmental Power.
This deal was named the North American Renewables Deal of the Year 2007 by Project Finance magazine.
