Daniel A. Spitzer presents at annual Association of Towns conference

Daniel A. Spitzer, a partner in Hodgson Russ’s Business Litigation, Education Law, Environmental, Municipal Law, and Telecommunications Law Practice Groups, spoke at the 2008 annual conference of the Association of Towns, recently held in New York City. He presented “The Power to Approve With Conditions: Guidelines for Planning Boards and ZBAs.” Mr. Spitzer also participated in a presentation with representatives of the Department of Environmental Conservation on “Emerging State Environmental Quality Review Act Trends.”
