Multi-Year Special Education Litigation on Behalf of School District

Hodgson Russ represented a school district in special education litigation spanning multiple years that addressed special education programming and services provided to a student within the district. In the initial litigation, Hodgson Russ was able to have the parents’ complaint against the district dismissed in all respects and has continued to defend the district in the parents’ appeal to the New York State Education Department Office of State Review.
