Bar Association of Erie County Seminar: Tasers- Police Procedures and Civil Liability Implications

Michael B. Risman (Partner, Business Litigation, Buffalo) and Town of Lancaster Chief of Police Gerald J. Gill, Esq., gave a Noonday CLE Presentation for the Erie County Bar Association on June 23, 2016.  The Seminar included a demonstration of the use of a Taser and covered the civil liability aspects and case law developments relating to the use of Tasers by law enforcement personnel.
