Overview

This program will address issues that arise when businesses conduct activities in multiple jurisdictions. Though these situations typically begin with a simple sale through a website, they frequently grow to incorporate stronger connections with jurisdictions outside the seller’s home state. We will review the various income tax, sales and use tax and employment tax issues that arise when conducting business in multiple states.

Brought to you by the Committee.
