We recently received and are carefully analyzing the draft proposed Commissioner of Education’s regulations concerning the Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) process.

We will host a workshop at our offices to discuss this important and developing area of the law. We anticipate that this workshop will be the first of several that will deal with the new regulations and other related developments, including some suggested strategies for the impending, necessary negotiations.
