Association of Towns of the State of New York’s 2010 Planning & Zoning Summer School Seminar 

Charles W. Malcomb and Jill L. Yonkers were lecturers at the Association of Towns of the State of New York’s 2010 Planning and Zoning Summer School seminar series.

Chuck spoke July 21 at the State University of New York at Binghamton, and Jill presented July 22 at SUNY Geneseo. Each provided a case law update covering recent changes and court decisions affecting planning and zoning law, which continues to be a heavily litigated area.

Nearly 100 planning and zoning officials, as well as municipal officials and attorneys, attended each seminar. Representatives of the Association of Towns commended Hodgson Russ for its longtime commitment to educating planning officials on legal developments affecting their municipalities. Chuck and Jill were the only attorneys invited to speak from outside the program.
