Arthur A Marrapese, III Joins Hodgson Russ
Arthur A. Marrapese III, Esq., has joined Hodgson Russ LLP as a partner in the firm's Employee Benefits Practice Group.
Mr. Marrapese has practiced employee benefits law since 1986, and his extensive experience covers all aspects of this field. He advises clients on risk management and administrative matters and regularly assists clients in the design and documentation of group-based and individualized employee benefit plans. Mr. Marrapese's clients include plan sponsors, employee benefit plan trustees, custodians, retirement plan record keepers, and investment advisory firms. He also represents plan sponsors in litigation involving fiduciary and benefits claims.
Mr. Marrapese earned a B.A. from Hobart College and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York.
