Hodgson Russ Partner Joe Endres Presents Avalara Sales and Use Tax Webinar

Joseph Endres, a partner in Hodgson Russ’s State & Local Tax Practice, presented “Sales and Use Tax for Digital Products and Services,” for Avalara, a cloud-based software platform for managing sales and other transactional taxes. The webinar was held September 11.

Joe’s next Avalara webinar, “Sales Tax Audit and Appeals,” will be held October 27.

Joe’s practice includes counseling clients on a wide range of state and local taxation issues and representing taxpayers in disputes with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and the New York City Department of Finance. Joe handles sales and use tax matters in the technology industry, including issues related to software as a service, cloud computing, and digital products.
