Lower Court Ruling Overturned, Upholding Controversial MCTMT

Despite the fact that a New York appellate court overturned a lower court’s decision earlier this year, declaring the unpopular law constitutional, the future of MCTMT is likely to remain in flux for nine to 12 months, as the ruling will likely be appealed.
