Andrea represents multinational corporations in the preparation of temporary work permit petitions in the L-1, H-1B, TN, and O-1 categories. She also assists in the preparation of employment-based permanent residence cases for outstanding researchers and multinational managers and executives.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Andrea served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York, was a research assistant for the Director of the University at Buffalo School of Law’s Clinical Program, and a student attorney in the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic.
