Betsy J. Mills

Betsy has been a paralegal at Hodgson Russ for over 30 years. She has broad experience in corporate, finance and real estate matters. Her experience includes the preparation of documentation for commercial finance, real estate and corporate transactions and coordinating review of public records, title and corporate searches.

Betsy has extensive experience preparing and filing Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and is knowledgeable on Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code governing personal property-secured lending. In addition, her work includes the formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations and partnerships. She works with entities located in the United States as well as foreign entities expanding into the United States.
