Connie has been a paralegal in the Immigration Practice since 2010. She has experience preparing and filing nonimmigrant petitions in the E-1/E-2, L-1, H-1B, and TN categories, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions for multinational managers and executives. She also files permanent residence applications via consular processing and adjustment of status and is experienced in the preparation of family-based immigrant petitions. Connie is well versed in the filing procedures at service centers and ports-of-entry.

Other Experience

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Connie was a legal secretary in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department in the Boston and Washington, D.C. offices of a large law firm.

Community & Pro Bono

Connie has actively volunteered for the Orchard Park Central School District since 2000. She has served on several redistricting committees, was vice president of the Central Council Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for two years, and served as president and vice president of the Windom Elementary PTO for six years. Connie was awarded the PTO Volunteer of the Year for Windom Elementary in 2008.
