Nicholas is an associate in the firm’s Torts, Insurance, & Products Liability practice, where he assists Hodgson Russ attorneys in providing clients with guidance on defending significant complex personal injury and products liability actions. Nicholas also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to handling all types of construction litigation, including labor law actions, and construction defect claims.

Nicholas has worked as a summer law clerk at the New York State Office of the Attorney General while attending the University of Notre Dame Law School and as a teaching assistant in the University of Buffalo’s Department of Communication. While an undergraduate, he held an internship with the New York State Division of Human Rights, where he interviewed witnesses and drafted case analysis of discrimination complaints.
