Nicole is an intellectual property paralegal with extensive experience in the field of patent and trademark prosecution and matters involving intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes providing assistance to patent attorneys and patent agents with the filing of domestic and international patent applications under the PCT system, as well as handling legalization formalities for filing in foreign countries. Nicole’s experience also includes trademark prosecution, trademark management of international portfolios, trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting. She regularly handles custom recordation and gathering evidence for foreign and domestic opposition/litigation matters.
