Zach assists Hodgson Russ’s labor and employment attorneys as they advise management-side clients on a wide range of employee relations matters. This includes federal and state wage and hour, employment discrimination, workplace policy, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, and employee benefits and compensation issues. In addition, Zach has a particular focus on supporting attorneys in traditional labor practices, such as employee discipline and discharge, union avoidance, collective bargaining, and union organizing campaigns.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ as a law clerk, Zach held internships at the National Labor Relations Board and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel
