Advised on application for Adult Use Conditional Cultivator and Adult Use Conditional Processor license in brand new State of New York cannabis regulatory framework. Client was ultimately in the first batch of licensees for both licenses, and among the first to hold both an AUCC and AUCP license. We have continued to advise on leasing and other tax matters concerning operations under both licenses.
