Bar Association CLE Seminar: Negotiating Production Stipulations and ESI Protocols

Catherine Grantier Cooley presented the third in a series of CLEs relating to electronic discovery, this one titled “Negotiating Production Stipulations and ESI Protocols.” She discussed issues regarding negotiating the scope, schedule, and format of productions, as well as issues relating to data awareness, review strategy, and case law. Her co-presenter was Elissa Livingston, J.D., the director of project management at D4, LLC. The program was held at the Bar Association of Erie County headquarters in Buffalo, NY, from 1- 2 p.m.
