At TaxRAPP 2015, Hodgson Russ attorney Lance Rothenberg co-presented on New York City's new corporate tax structure, which streamlines and modernizes the taxation of C-corporations doing business in the city and conforms to changes enacted to New York State’s Franchise Tax in 2014.  The panel outlined the benefits and changes for the business community and how the new tax rates for small businesses and manufacturers can help grow business.
