The Conference focuses specifically on the latest tax issues and disseminates how these will impact businesses in New York State.

Presented in cooperation with Albany Law School and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, this conference provides the most up-to-date information to New York’s tax specialist and an opportunity to network with the experts who implement the state tax law.

A Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday, May 2. The Conference will take place on Thursday, May 3 with all events being held at The Renaissance Albany Hotel.

CEU

This Conference has been approved for 5.5 CEU credits for New York Certified public accountants under section 7409 of New York State Education Law, New York Sponsor License # 002719.

CLE

This Conference has been approved for up to 6.5 CLE Credits (5.5 professional CLEs and 1 Ethics).

Albany Law School’s Institute of Legal Studies has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York. This course has been accredited as a source of Continuing Legal Education credits for all attorneys in the State of New York.
