December 5, 2018
8am - 10am

At the end of September, the U.S., Canada and Mexico announced that they had reached an agreement to replace the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), called the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Details of the agreement continue to roll out publicly, companies are trying to determine how it will affect them, and there is still a process to have the agreement ratified that may or may not be affected by elections in the U.S. and, possibly, Canada. What’s the real story, and what do companies need to know right now to prepare for USMCA? Join World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara for back-to-back expert panel discussions on USMCA – one on each side of the border – to learn the ins-and-outs of the new agreement, and its path forward to ratification.

Hodgson Russ partner, Christine Bonaguide, will be speaking at both event locations.
