At the end of September, the U.S., Canada and Mexico announced that they had reached an agreement to replace the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), called the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Details of the agreement continue to roll out publicly, companies are trying to determine how it will affect them, and there is still a process to have the agreement ratified that may or may not be affected by elections in the U.S. and, possibly, Canada.
