National School Board Association 2008 Annual Conference

Ryan L. Everhart spoke at the National School Board Association’s (NSBA) annual conference in Orlando, Florida. Ryan discussed emerging trends in special education litigation. In conjunction with this speech, he published an article on special education litigation that was distributed to all 3,000 members of NSBA’s Council of School Attorneys.

The NSBA Council of School Attorneys is a national network of attorneys representing K-12 public school districts. Formed in 1967, the council aims to continually improve the practice of school law by providing continuing legal education opportunities, networking forums, and legislative and advocacy information to its members.
