At the Sixth Annual General Counsel Institute, Jodyann Galvin and Ranjana Kadle presented “Focus on the Fundamentals: Intellectual Property Basics — Common Law Surprises and Statutory Standards,” which addressed a number of ways businesses can avoid costly mistakes in protecting their intellectual property.
