Two Hodgson Russ attorneys served on the faculty of the New York State Bar Association's CLE seminar entitled "Bridging the Gap: Intellectual Property," October 26, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Buffalo. The seminar offered an overview of issues often encountered in copyright, trademark, and patent law, including specific challenges that arise in real-world intellectual property matters.

Robert J. Lane, Jr., presented "Misappropriation of Ideas: What to Do Under the Common Law if Statutory Provisions Fail," and George L. Snyder offered "Patents: A Primer for Corporate Counsel and Business Lawyers on How to Avoid Common Pitfalls and the Forfeiture of Patent Rights."
