New York State Conference of Mayors/Association of Towns of the State of New York Planning and Zoning Training Event 

At this training event, Jill L. Yonkers spoke before more than 100 community leaders and other officials. For her presentation, Jill relied on her extensive experience advising cities and towns on every aspect of municipal law, including how to prepare a proper record, avoid procedural mistakes, and prepare for litigation, to update attendees on the land use trends and zoning and planning issues that could affect development plans and decision-making in the upcoming year.
