Association of Towns of the State of New York’s 2009 Planning & Zoning Summer School Seminar 

Daniel A. Spitzer and Jill L. Yonkers were speakers at a day-long seminar presented by the Association of Towns of the State of New York. The event, titled “2009 Planning & Zoning Summer School” and held August 7 in Buffalo, was one of four such seminars held across New York for town officials and other members of the organization. Attendees to the Buffalo session came from many parts of Western and Central New York.

Dan’s presentation was titled “Ethical Considerations for Planning and Zoning Officials,” and Jill’s session focused on “Coordinating Zoning Review Among Multiple Jurisdictions.”
