Erie Institute of Law and Monroe County Bar Center for Education's 5th Annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference 

Garry M. Graber, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Commercial Litigation Practice, served as a panelist at the 5th Annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference, held recently in Batavia, New York, and sponsored by Erie Institute of Law CLE and the Monroe County Bar Association.

Topics addressed at the conference include protection of creditors’ rights and dealing with creditor abuse, debtor-in-possession financing with an eye toward buying the debtor, and advanced issues in preference, fraudulent conveyance, and other bankruptcy litigation.
