2014 New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section Annual Meeting 

At this meeting, Hodgson Russ attorney Darcy M. Katris presented “From Marriage Equality Act to Windsor and Beyond." Her presentation provided an overview of the Trusts and Estates Law Section’s role in New York’s Marriage Equality Act and proposed amendments to EPTL and SCPA and offered an examination of IRS and DOL post Windsor guidance.
