Sujata Yalamanchili Honored by the Minority Bar Association of WNY Foundation, Inc.

Sujata Yalamanchili, Hodgson Russ partner and leader of the firm’s Real Estate, Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Area is the 2016 recipient of the Minority Bar Association of WNY’s Legal Service Award.  This award honors an attorney for extraordinary leadership, commitment and dedication while providing the highest caliber of compassionate legal representation and outstanding service to the community.

Sujata accepted the honor at the organization’s 34th Annual Awards and Scholarship Reception on September 8, 2016 where judges, attorneys, business leaders and others from diverse ethnic backgrounds came together to celebrate the achievements of those with distinguished leadership and service.

Founded in 2004, The Minority Bar Association of WNY Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to help grow minority representation throughout the legal community and provide financial assistance to individuals interested in pursuing a career in law.

Committed to community service, Sujata is involved with a number of local organizations and serves on the board of Summit Educational Resources and the WNY Women’s Foundation.
