Three Hodgson Russ Attorneys Selected as Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America

Hodgson Russ attorneys Christofer Fattey, Terrence Gilbride, and Benjamin Zuffranieri, Jr. have recently been selected as Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA).

The CLSA is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers focusing on construction law and related fields. Fellowship is limited and selective, with lawyers being invited into Fellowship upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law, including in transaction structuring, arbitration, mediation and trial and appellate advocacy.

Chris represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions in the construction, energy, cross-border, tax-exempt, asset-based, mortgage-based, floor-plan and acquisition fields. He also represents owners and contractors throughout the construction process, from planning to completion. Chris is also the Leader of the Banking & Finance and Wine, Beer & Spirits Practices.

Terry focuses his practice on large, multifaceted commercial real estate development projects. He has significant experience in student housing development, construction and financing, hotel acquisition and financing transactions, public/private partnerships, nonprofit-sponsored real estate development projects, historic preservation matters, sports facility leasing and development, industrial development agency projects, commercial real estate financing transactions, and commercial leasing. Terry is also the Leader of the Colleges & University and Public-Private Partnerships Practices

Ben has extensive experience and active involvement in commercial, construction and international law matters involving both public work and private development projects. His engagements include trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations, both domestic and international. Ben’s cases generally involved complex matters with substantial sums in dispute, including bet-the-company litigations. He is also the Leader of the Business Litigation and Construction Practices.
