Jessica L. Foscolo Joins Hodgson Russ

Hodgson Russ announces Jessica L. Foscolo has joined the law firm as an associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group. She is resident in the firm’s Buffalo office.

Ms. Foscolo focuses her practice on the litigation of insurance-coverage disputes in federal and state courts, including commercial general liability, builders’ risk, protective liability, professional liability, and construction-defect issues. Ms. Foscolo is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation, from commencement through trial and appeal. While in law school, Ms. Foscolo served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara in the Western District of New York.
