
George is a paralegal in the firm’s Public Finance (Bond Counsel) Practice. He provides direct support to attorneys by reviewing engineering reports for municipal and school district capital projects, reviewing sale documents and bid results, preparing and producing closing transcripts and related documents and correspondence, assisting with pre- and post-closing activities, and generating required IRS forms.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, George spent two years working in a consumer-debt legal clinic. He worked with attorneys to assist clients with consumer credit transactions and the defense of debt collection lawsuits, as well as tax and mortgage foreclosure actions. George also provided direct support for attorneys through reviewing and drafting documents; preparing, serving, and filing of documents and correspondence; and managing schedules. In addition, George supervised and mentored paralegal student interns from Daemen College. George is also a licensed notary public.
