Peter Sahasrabudhe

Peter Sahasrabudhe is a senior associate in the Business Litigation Practice at Hodgson Russ. He has a broad-based practice that allows him to represent an array of clients in high-value, legally nuanced disputes. He regularly practices at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts throughout New York State. 

Additionally, Peter is a member of the firm’s Employment Litigation and Products Liability and Complex Tort Practices. He frequently serves as outside counsel to large municipalities in high-stakes litigation involving complex constitutional law and civil rights issues.

Peter prides himself on being able to handle all aspects of a client’s litigation needs. Whether it be pleadings, discovery management, motion practice, settlement negotiation, trial, or appeals, Peter has the experience and skill to help clients achieve a beneficial and positive resolution of their pending disputes. 

Understanding that each matter and client is unique, Peter takes pride in his ability to exercise his professional judgment to achieve practical, cost-effective results for firm clients involved in ongoing or potential litigation.
