Aidan Barczak is a Fall Associate/Law Clerk in the firm's Litigation Practice. He assists attorneys representing clients in a broad range of litigation matters and disputes.
Before joining Hodgson Russ, Aidan served as a Legal Intern at M&T Bank, where he researched legal issues and drafted memoranda and presentations supporting the bank's commercial, wealth, and institutional client services business lines. He also served as a legal intern with a criminal defense firm, assisting attorneys with discovery review, motion drafting, and case management.
Before attending law school, Aidan served as an officer in the United States Army, where he held leadership roles overseeing logistics, operations, and personnel management. During law school, he served as a Writing Fellow at the University at Buffalo School of Law and as Vice President of the Military Law and Veterans Association.
