
Bryan Carlo is a law clerk in the Banking & Finance Practice at Hodgson Russ. He supports attorneys in representing banks, financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers across a range of commercial lending and finance transactions.
He assists with the preparation, negotiation, and review of documentation related to:
- Revolving credit facilities and term loans
- Acquisition and real estate financing
- Equipment leasing and cross-border credit arrangements
- Public finance transactions, including tax-exempt bonds
Bryan has a strong background in finance. Before attending law school, he worked as a senior consultant in the financial services advisory practice at EY (formerly Ernst & Young LLP) and at Citigroup in corporate M&A, eventually serving as a Vice President in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Bryan participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program. He also served as a law clerk for a large real estate development company with offices along the East Coast.
