Robert G. Blackstock is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business Practice. He assists in counseling firm clients on a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert spent three years in-house at an international insurance company, where he partnered directly with senior executives and business teams on corporate and insurance-related matters. He handled the drafting and negotiation of key commercial agreements, including nondisclosure, licensing, vendor, and enterprise contracts.
