Travis is also an experienced commercial litigator, in both state and federal courts, with regard to matters involving the exercise of creditors’ rights under the Uniform Commercial Code and New York Real Property Actions and Proceeding Law, including representing the nation’s largest special servicer in the highly contested foreclosure of over one million square feet of real property in Western New York.
Prior to the practice of law, Travis served in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine One Presidential Helicopter Guard for former United States president Bill Clinton.
