William is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice. He represents domestic and international entities on a variety of general corporate matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, William was an associate in the asset finance practice of a multinational New York City law firm. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
