Amanda McMahon

Amanda is an intellectual property paralegal with over 14 years of professional legal experience. She is knowledgeable in searching and clearing trademarks, licensing intellectual property, and trademark management and maintenance. Her recent experience includes matters involving the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), including maintaining licenses in compliance with federal and state regulations, trade compliance, product labeling and registration, and legal review of advertising and marketing materials.

Amanda also has experience in other areas of law, including real estate, estate administration, and defense litigation.
