Jill’s practice focuses on U.S. immigration law, including business related non-immigrant (temporary) and immigrant (green card) matters. Jill has successfully handled employment-based cases for foreign nationals in a wide variety of industries, including health-care, information technology, engineering and manufacturing, and professional sports. Jill routinely tackles the ancillary issues that arise from immigration petitions, such as J-1 physician waivers and requests for emergency parole. In addition, Jill handles family immigration matters involving marriage-based and fiancé petitions.
Jill exclusively practices U.S. law and is admitted to practice in New York and Ohio.

Over the years, Jill has handled several pro bono matters assigned through the Eire County Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project for indigent clients who are seeking an appeal of a deportation/removal order at the Board of Immigration Appeals level.
