Joshua is a law clerk in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, where he focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. From his project management experience and lean manufacturing training, Joshua understands the business needs of modern industry. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications, and can assist with corporate and other business matters. Joshua works with corporations, startups, universities, and independent inventors to ascertain and secure the appropriate protection for their inventions. His background in physics and experience as an engineer enable him to use subject matter knowledge in the following fields to assist his clients:

Joshua graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He earned a concentration in Intellectual Property and Privacy Law and researched legal issues expected to arise with blockchain technology. Prior to attending law school, he was a mechanical engineer at a leading company in the heat transfer industry and trained in Lean Six Sigma.
