Nicole D. Toback

Nicole is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice. Nicole is licensed to practice in Florida, where she assists clients on a wide range of estates and trusts matters including planning for complex estates, tax planning, and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration.

During law school, Nicole served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Maria Elena Verde of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Nicole spent two years with the Children and Youth Law Clinic, first as an intern and second as a fellow where she represented foster children in a variety of matters. Nicole is currently studying for her LLM in tax with a concentration in estate planning through Boston University School of Law.

Nicole began her career at a boutique family law firm.
