As a member of the Immigration Practice, Stephanie assists companies and individuals in obtaining a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. In particular, Stephanie works with multinational, mid-size, and start-up companies in obtaining H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN status for their employees. Additionally, Stephanie works with companies to obtain permanent residence for employees as outstanding researchers, multinational managers/executives, or via National Interest Waivers and Labor Certifications. Stephanie also assists families with immediate relative and marriage-based green card applications.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Stephanie was a Senior Court Attorney at the New York Court of Appeals, and a Summer Associate with Miller Mayer LLP. During law school, Stephanie assisted in updating a major immigration law treatise, and was an intern in the immigration group for a Syracuse-based legal aid organization.
