Jonathan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Law Practice. He represents clients on a variety of business transactions, including corporate formations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise agreements. His practice involves advising nonprofit clients on compliance with New York law, particularly the New York Nonprofit Revitalization Act, and publically traded companies on compliance with their obligations under U.S. securities laws. He also counsels clients regarding computer and technology law, including privacy and data security breaches.

Prior to becoming an associate, Jonathan participated in the Hodgson Russ Summer Associate Program. He also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York and at Academy Sports + Outdoors in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Jonathan interned with the Nashville Predators and the Buffalo City Court Bureau of the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
