Establishing “Special Districts" Webinar

On December 13, 2023, Michael B. Risman, Business Litigation, held a webinar to the New York State Assessors’ Association on the topic of establishing “special districts.” The webinar was attended by approximately 100 assessors and is being made available to approximately 1,000 additional New York State assessors for training and viewing online.
