Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2023

Jeffrey Stravino presented at the NYSBA Environment & Energy Law Section virtual conference titled "Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2023." Jeff was on a panel with Maria Wieder, Assistant Regional Counsel for Superfund at EPA, Region 2, and Yueh-Ru Chu, Chief of Affirmative Litigation at the Environmental Protection Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. Jeff and fellow panelists presented on recent developments in Superfund and provided an update on recent case law involving Superfund issues.
